Payment Method

Terms & Conditions

You will be invoiced for purchases on confirmation of your booking. All payments will be processed online, and we do not accept cash payments. Payment is required prior to delivery/instalment. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your booking we cannot guarantee delivery/instalment that week. Please be in contact as soon as possible if you have any payment issues. 

Delivery 

YUKI hand delivers and installs all purchases and subscriptions. Delivery and installation fees start from just $15 and are calculated based on distance from our South Yarra Studio and the contents of your order. 

Refund Policy 

Florals are a perishable product and on occasion, their longevity is out of our control and yours. At YUKI we will endeavour to refund or replace items that do not last the initial 3 days, provided all care instructions have been followed, and you notify us by email within the first 3 days of instalment and provide photos.

Sourcing and providing the best quality, freshest blooms possible is a priority at YUKI. We want your arrangements to have longevity as much as you do. Your arrangement's life span will depend on factors including season, environment, type of flower and care. 

 

Your blooms will typically last 4-8 days when cared for correctly. Our team can guarantee that you are provided with stock bought fresh the day of your instalment, a clean vase, fresh water and arrangement techniques that lead to the longest lasting floral installations possible.  

 

What we need you to do to care for your arrangement. 

 

  1. Ensure your arrangement is kept away from drafts, heaters, air conditioners and long direct sun exposure.   

  2. Keep the water levels topped up.  

  3. Notify us of any visible stock issues that have occurred within the first 3 days (starting the day of instalment).
